How to make your own pellets with our corn straw stalk pelletizer press machine

The complete corn straw stalk pellet making production line is composed the following steps.

Step1:Crushing

1) Before raw materials are made into biomass pellets of wood pellet machine,they are firstly reduced into smaller, uniform- sized particles. When the thickness is larger than 6 mm or size is greater than 50*50 mm, a wood pellet machine is needed to chip these materials into smaller pieces.

Step2:Drying

2) After all the raw material of wood pellet machine are crushed, dryer will be needed since for the most raw materials have the moisture content of about 50%.However, in general the optimal moisture content for pelletiztion is 13%-15%. Therefore, a rotary dryer is included in the wood pellet machine to reduce the moisture content.

Step3:Pelletizing

3) After crushing and drying all the raw materials properly, it is ready for the wood pellet machine. The wood pellet machine or press is the key piece of machine in the wood pellet plant. Step4:Cooling

Step5:Packing

5) Finally is the packing process of wood pellet making line. Inorder to protect the wood pellets from getting damaged and to increase storability, proper packing is necessary.
