1.4 working mechanisms
Working mechanism include: lifting mechanism, slewing mechanism, trolley traveling mechanism and climbing mechanism.
1. lifting mechanism
Lifting mechanism use AC asynchronous motor to control speed, it consist of variable frequency motor, plum coupling, reducer, drum shaft assembly, brake ,rack, etc.. Through frequency converter changing input power`s frequency to change lifting speed; when mains frequency is equal to or less than rated frequency, the lifting mechanism can lift rated load; when mains frequency is greater than rated frequency, with the rising of speed, the weight that lifting mechanism can load will decline. Lifting mechanism is always in braking position when it doesn't work. There a height limiter in the other side of dram shaft, the height sensor of safety monitoring system is connected with height limiter.

3. slewing mechanism
